My comp is running on windows 7 and for some odd reason it wont open a second window when you click on an extension link or anything. So pretty much if I was to click on a web address you posted on the forum page nothng would happen. Any ideas on what is going on and what I might do to fix it. Thanks

Hold the control key down and click it. That should bypass the popup blocker, or at least it does in older versions of windows.
