Poster Prints on HP800W

Any recommendations for media/pass mode to use for poster prints on HP800W? I have a Lexjet Satin Photo paper that works ok, but i have to print at the lowest temp and it still deforms a little. Printing on SAV is a much clearer print. Both are printing at 6 pass mode. What do some of you use for 18x24 or smaller posters? Do I need to go to a higher pass mode if it has smaller text? Is there a poster paper that is both cheap and similar properties to a SAV so it can withstand the higher heat and not deform while printing? THANKS!

For the finest detail print at 8 or 16 pass unidirectional using SAV Type. My personal favorite on my 700W is 16pUni6c120d60v190t.

You can try to add a little interpass delay and increase printzone heat. But really there's tons of paper out there, might want to try something else.
