Preparing a file for a print house

Can anyone help me with this? I've created a design in Flexi 8.6 which has both vector art and bitmaps incorporated into the design. I plan on outsourcing the file to a print house. They require 350 dpi...convert to curves...tif,jpg,eps,ai,psd and pdf extensions.

My problem is when trying to rasterize the file in flexi, it will not convert the file to cmyk. Keep in mind that I design the art using cmyk colors. I have also tried to export the file with the same issue.

What would be the correct procedure for setting up and preparing the file for printing? I hope I don't sound to confusing!

Thanx
