prepping pads for Gemini lettering

When I started had to prep these by hand. This Reggie doing one, but when you get a rhythm going, it goes quick.

Nice.

When I thread the studs into the letters, I'll get it started, then grip it with pliers and spin the letter. It's amazing how much flex an 18" or 24" letter can take.
