print and cut tj 1671c - roller stops rolling during cutting

Hi Folks... wee question,... is there a max size or a .plt file before a print and cut printer gets confused and stops rolling the roller forward. On items where my plt file is over 300 sometimes it decides it doesnt like the file and the roller stops moving but the cutter keeps cutting and destroying my nice new laminated decals,
