Print-Cut Off, Help!

Hey guys,

I have a SP300i and the print/cut is off when printing decals that are let's say red letters with a white outline. The outline is just uneven all around but more so on one side of the machine than another that you can see in the photos. This even happened when I printed 1 row full of 1x7" decals. I tried changing the direction the decals tiled up on the material with the same results either way.

I have Enviro Match enabled, The print-cut alignment is spot on when it prints and cuts the 3 black squares, I have cleaned my encoder strip and slowed down the cutting.

Anybody have a solution for this problem?

One thing I did notice is, These decals are 1x7" in size, They cut all goofy but when I sized the same design up to be larger, 15" wide to be exact, The outline contour cut was dead on all around....

One thing to try is after printing, and before cutting turn the heater off and let the vinyl cool down. You may have to print optical crop marks. I am looking for a way to do this easily.

Cut slow, including the move speed. Add extra chart wheels to increase the travel accuracy.

Do the feed and scan alignments. (Although scan should be good if your 3 squares are bang on.)

check your pinch rollers and arms. When moving slowly while printing it can be tracking nice, but when getting up to cut speed and moving up and down repeatedly the vinyl could be tracking off.
