Need Help Print Head Not Printing

Hi all, I'm Christopher from East New Britain Province, Papua New Guinea now operating in Kokopo. I recently purchased a second hand Versa Art RA-640 Roland printer from Shanghai, China.
Everything is working well, new inks installed and flows through tube to Dampers but my problem is, No Print showing when I perform PRINT TEST.
Can anyone assist me in this matter?
