print issues

[Hog Wild graphics]

I am having volor issue with my prismjet. When I try to print light pink it prints a grayish green color. So I did a row of squares starting at 100% going down by 10% until it was 0%. At 60% turned purple color then 50-0 it faded from a blue to a light blue. Any one ever have this problem?

Sounds like you have ink contamination which is caused by a poor seal around the head and capping station allowing ink to siphon back up into the other colors. Either your capping station needs a thorough cleaning, it needs re-aligned, or you need a new capping station altogether.

Take a close look at how your head seals around the capping station and get back to us.
(Best to remove the side cover so you can see this better.)

What does your nozzle check look like?
If it is not printing the correct colors then FatCat is on track.

If it is, then it is a color management issue.
