Printed carbon fiber?

I am needing some carbon fiber to wrap a hood. I have used the 3m 1080 before with good results but see avery offers a printed gloss carbon. Has anyone used something like this? If it works well does anyone have a pattern that I can just printing the carbon look myself? Any help or info is much appreciated.

There are lots of CF patterns out there and they are also super easy to make.

The new printed CF from Avery doesn't look that good to me.
