Printed tiles not contour cutting

This is my first time trying this so maybe I am missing something. I have a flag (on vinyl) I need printed that is 48x30. My cutting area is only 28 inches so I had production manager split this into two tiles at about 24.5 inches. It printed everything properly but it did not cut the tiles afterward.The cut lines show in the preview pane and I have it set to cut as a hybrid job but it didn't do it. Did I forget to do something? Running latest version.
