Printer Droping ink

Need ideas

MUTOH TOUCAN LT

new capping station
new wipers
new heads
cleaned really good

and this thing is dropping black ink during printing long runs
at about 2hrs into print, big drops when it starts actin up
usually they`ll print all day & all night without any problems

have 2 of these printers and this has never happened
need suggestions
could it be a bad damper?

It's getting dirty while printing. We have ours set to clean automatically every 45 minutes.

the same thing happen to me, did you change out the ink? You may have air in the lines.
my buddy came by and suck out the air. Work great now. We thought they were the head.. thank god it wasn't the heads.
