Printer stops printing after 1 foot

Super frustrated, My printer (falcon outdoor jr) will have a perfect nozzle check start my print and then within a foot of printing starts printing awful. I do a nozzle check and everything looks back again. Below is a picture of a before and after nozzle check. What should I do?

Replaced all three dampers, ran a few cleanings, got a good nozzle check started printing and same problem. Below is a picture.
