printer stops printing

I'm in the middle of some large banner prints, and 65% through one banner the printer just stopped. It doesn't have any error messages, just says "Convert [Port 1]. I don't want to start again, they're do today. Any suggestions on how I can get it to resume the printing?

Try unplugging and then plugging back in the device that you use to speak to the printer, if any. It's usually attached to a serial port on the bottom of the printer. I know we use one to convert to LAN usage and it acts up sometimes...

Does this error come up with any other jobs?
