Printer Tech in the Raleigh Area?

Hey Everyone,

Hope you all are well. We have a HP L25500 that is out of warranty and just started giving us heat related error codes (14.08, 14.10 and 15.10). Does anyone know of a tech that could take a look at our printer — preferably someone in the Raleigh area. I've tried a few simple things (check plugs, clean IR sensor, etc.), but haven't had any luck. Any help is greatly appreciated!

New Member
Southeastern sign supply does good for us, so far just on Rolands. If they don't support your printer I'm sure they would steer you in the right direction.

We talked to Ryan at Southeastern, but he wasn't able to help. Anyone else? Really just looking for someone to diagnose our printer to see if the heater really has to be replaced...
