Good Afternoon. I have a job that requires a black border and copy. When it prints (Wasatch is the RIP) the black is very rich and there is a build up which causes the ink to curl almost instantly. The print has a full black bleed, and I do not want to have vinyl failure. I have tried some different values to lessen the ink but the same thing happens. I dont mind if the black is not BLACK.... if it is a tint of grey but will have less ink coverage that would be better then failure... any suggestions?
