printing Blue on a mutoh value jet

OK I am very new to all of this so please bear with me! I have a mutoh value jet 1304 with wasatch i create everything in Illustrator cs5 on a mac and than is sent to my pc where my wasatch is and then to the printer. No matter what shade of blue I try and print it is a shade of purple. I have the correct profile for the materiel I am printing on and had this problem about a year ago when I did a banner that was all blue. Is it me and my input? I looked up correct colors from a pantone book and tried that as well Still purple. :banghead:

machine prints in cmyk I have tried both formats cmyk and rgb (Thinking it must convert) with very similar color results at the printer. On both screens the color is blue.

Rendering intents, etc


What do your nozzle checks and printer internal test prints look like?
