Need Help Printing Gold Reflective

Customer selected GOLD 091 from the 5650 reflective color swatches.
However, their latest design edit calls for a FULL-COLOR imprint, so layering the gold is not possible.

Has anyone printed "GOLD" and if so what was your starting color code?
was trying to avoid/limit the amount of testing

I downloaded Oracal's color swatches for 651 a few years ago (don't remember where I found them). When we print them on white vinyl on our Roland SP-450 they are reasonbly close to the 651 colors.

When I convert their color swatch for 091 to CMYK here are the values I get in Illustrator:
C: 46.03, M: 50.46, Y: 89.64, K27.8

Maybe that will at least give you a jumping off point to matching the color as close as possible..

Edit: Scratch that. 651 gold and 5650 gold are VERY different!

I have had good luck with PMS 1235 printed on white reflective to match gold reflective. I have a Roland VS-640 CMYKx2.

Print on white Reflective gives you a little of the metallic look. We use cmyk 0, 16, 62, 25. We do print on a machine with a different ink set then yours though.
