Printing origin shifting 1/8" each file

I'm trying to print 3 files on top of each other, which one would think would be easy; mark my starting points and start each file at that point (making sure offsets are the same each time) and hit print. But here's the kicker, for some reason the printer is starting the print approx. 1/8" over from the last starting point each time I hit print so by the time I get to the top file then the text is off centre quite a bit. I have checked and made sure all offsets are set to 0, made sure to mark and start the vinyl at the same point each file (the top/ bottom line up almost exactly on each file). So now I'm stumped and hoping that someone may be able to pick out something that I've somehow missed.

I'm running the new Onyx X12 trial, Epson s50 670 printer, and printing on IP2504.

double sided decal on clear (white text w/ black background) but the white comes out grey ish on the black. Have tried multiple different things and having the 3 files gives me enough passes of white in between the 2 black backgrounds to give me a solid white text on each side.
