Not sure if this is a PrismJet problem or a Flexi problem but our new PrismJet won't print to the designated size. I'm not talking about an inch or two either...I'm getting full width on a project, but no more than half the height. For instance, a 48" x 96" banner is printing at 48" x 48". Everything else is great except I have to use weird math to get my projects to print at the size I want. Any suggestions?

math isn't too wierd, just double the length!
j/k I wouldn't know where to even begin with helping here, unless your output size compensation in prod mgr is saying 50%
