Does anyone own the new prismjet from signwarehouse? I just want to hear some thoughts on this printer as I am going to pull the trigger on a printer this week? I'm not sure what to get. A Roland vp540 or the prismjet.

I will be using the printer for vehicle wraps as well as cut decals. My only problem is my budget! I want an sp540 but can't seem to find a used one. And I feel the vp is a little out of my price range.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

are you talking about the Prismjet extra c or the prismjet VJ.

the extra c is a rebranded mutoh falcon.... and the VJ is a rebranded mutoh valujet. i have the falcon version and it gets the job done but very slowly... the VJ is faster and has the wave printing and people are raving about it. i hope to get one in the future.
