Pro 4 XR-640 printhead problem

Hi all
looking for some help.we have a roland xr-640
have done a nozzle check and there isn't any yellow what so ever
on the A head. have tried loads of powerful cleans and 2 choke cleans but
there still is nothing colours left and right are perfect
anyone else have this problem and more importantly how do I fix it
