Need Help Problem with my FB750 with the service station at the init.

When my FB750 it´s starting the software advertising the problem with the service station and show this messages:
"E-SH-12" the service station its not moving.
"E-OS-12" the roll out its not moving.

and after when the starting it´s finished, in the testers of the service station the zipper its not moving in any direction.

Some one can help me??
