I have just installed flexi 10 on my new computer and I am having weird problem that never happend before on other computers. When I am printing and cuting after print, for some reason knife goes to origin point make 1/8" small cut than it does contor cut. I f I for example move the position of the image in flexy lts say 2' to the left, prints start 2' from the left, but knife starts again from origin point which is about 0.5" from the left roller. I dont know if this is something that has to do with software or its comunication issue. Please help

Try upgrading to the 10.5 if yo have not already. What printer and cutter are you using?

Assuming that you are running Win 7 and have upgraded to 10.5, I read that Win 8 has issues with Flexi. I'm just trying to help but would bet it's a software config issue.
