Our cutter is almost a year old and has never consistently read crop marks to align cutting. Tech support has tried to help but to no avail. It will read the marks then you cannot remove the items and try to read it again and it will not read it. Problems occurs inside rip and with cutmaster. So we are pretty sure it is a cutter issue.

Keeps telling us to adjust sensitivity which we have to do EVERY time. And then it still may not work. Very annoying.
Anyone have any ideas?
