All week so far, I keep getting a bar on the top of firefox saying flash has crashed. Has anyone else had problems with it.

Driving me crazy today as some places I cant use their pulldown menus. Not sure why, I even upgraded to the latest flash player.

Any ideas?

You might want to check if you have the latest Java installed. I got a notice from Oracle that they recommended uninstalling all instances of version 6 and upgrading to version 7. I did so and immediately noticed a speed up of web browsing with Firefox. I'm not having any Flash problems but the dropdown menus are Java controlled, so it might be worth trying.

I've been having an issue with Flash for a few weeks now! It says it needs to update, so I proceed through the prompts then it errors out on me! I have to restart my pc every time just to to get rid of the error! I'm to the point of just deleting Flash all together and re-installing. The only thing I really need it for is streaming Pandora...I need my tunes while I'm working!

I though I just updated the java but will check again. I love my computers but it drives me nuts when one little thing changes, it messes with everything else.

Thanks.

I started having problems with ver. 16 Firefox. Issue was same with drop down menus. Put ver. 15 and no probs. I get an error also when trying to update java.

I am running Firefox v16.0.1 with the latest Flash and have not had any issues personally, but on some computers I have noticed an issue with Flash on the latest version of Firefox IF you updated from an older version of Flash.

It's worth a try, but go into your Add Remove Programs wizard, uninstall Adobe Flash Player, and then download the latest release full distribution package from the link below to install:
