Product recommendation for digital vinyl and window lettering

I am looking to upgrade our product line.

Right now we are using Avery 2923 Grey backed air egress calendared vinyl and with an overlaminate for vehicle lettering/logos and for window lettering/logos. The product performs well...but it really sucks to peel off the backer, using AT 75 or AT 60. for air egress it really adheres to the backing and I find myself fighting with it far too often. We don't do this incredibly often, but I would like to increase that business.

What is everyone's go to product for digital print vinyl for this application?

We used to use a ton of 2923 EZ, then realized it shrinks A LOT over time, especially if you add a calendared laminate. How long have you been using this combo? Haven't had any failures yet?

For vehicles we strictly use 3M IJ180cv3 + 3M 8418G.

We'd probably use the same for windows.
