We had a weird problem yesterday with Photo Print DX's Production Manager shutting down when trying to open the application. I called Scanvec and they said mine was the sixth call that morning with the same problem.
Apparently Microsoft released an update that, if installed automatically, caused some sort of issue with Production Mgr.
We had to uninstall Photo Print and then reinstall it and the the problem was solved. If anyone runs into this you may have to do the same.
Needless to say, we switched the update function to manual.
