Hi guys, excuse me if I sound like a total nerd or out of turn with my language in this field, but my professional artist (not to brag but to show skill level ) has done work for Joe Rogan and many many more of the famous people. Check him out at Ugonzo_art on instagram. So we helps me with art and I help him with printing needs and hes looking for a good setup for putting his art professionaly wrapped on the canvas?

Obviously want to keep pricing down, but just for imaging, lets take his first image ill post here, and let me know what pricing you guys could get me for you at 40" x 40" please!

Thank you.

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
I just use pre-stretched canvases from places like Michael's and tend to do between $20-60 depending on print size. Since we use a 4'x8' flatbed, it's crazy easy. Though, no idea what industry rates are.

Get the canvas printed from whomever you buy prints from. You'll need the final print size to be 3" larger on each size (so 46"x46"). This means you have to have something to print on what will become the edge of the frame. Some artists will opt for a solid color. Others will accept a bleed of the image edges (which you can do in the RIP). Or they may do artwork that can have the edge wrap around the frame if it's going to be displayed without a frame. Then get a stretcher bar kit like this one from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Wraptek-Canv...sprefix=canvas+stretcher,aps,184&sr=8-26&th=1
and then following the manufacturer's instructions stretch the canvas on the frame.

Shipping that size is going to eat the margins, also have to worry about transit damages.
we did a 36" x 48" yesterday and the shipping alone was $38 something

Mount inhouse will be your ideal option
