Are you providing warranties for your vehicle graphics? I have clients who are asking about warranties for vehicle graphics and I am not sure what to tell them. Do you have any advice on how to handle this conversation?

We actually put the Lot numbers for both the vinyl & lam (printed wraps) and just the vinyl Lot number on color changes directly on the customers invoice. Along with a wrap care instruction sheet that also lists the lot number/s, date installed, date printed, date laminated (to show out-gassing). Then log onto the carwraps.net site and register the wrap there. All this covers our butt with the material. Installation....na bring it back and we'll fix it. No questions asked.
