Pump lines clogging

Seems that when the mutoh falcon outdoor 62 sits for a few days the pump lines seem to clog up with ink. Now I do do color pattern prints daily even if I do not print anything with it. Curious if it is just lack of use or another issue.
Thanks, Rod

Is your shop really dry? Mine is in the basement and I run a small humidifier to keep the humidity a little higher. My HP printer ink used to dry up fast. Not anymore since I put in the humidifier. Don't go overboard and put to much humidity in the room though.

pump lines cloged

The temperature in the shop is set at 55 at night & 68 during the day.
I do not have a humidifier in the shop it may be the dry air.
Does anyone else have this issue.

Thanks, Rod

couple of days? jeez. Mine (oce cs6060) can sit for at least a week no harm no foul just a mild clean and its back to 99% (where it started when I bought it used)

Perhaps the seal on the capping station it is worn out or the cap itself it is not capping properly around the heads.

How long ago did you replace the capping station ?

I replaced the capping station about 6 months ago. I was using wincom digital ink and went back to oem maybe the wincom ink affected the lines. I am going to replace the lines and caps and see what happens.
Thanks for the suggestions.

Replace the entire Maintenance Assy, should be done every 18-24 months in my humble opinion to maintain proper inkflow... If any part of the Maintenance Assy begins failing it will cause a domino effect whereas other parts will begin to fail as well...
