PVC for Bus Bench Advertising Panels

Hi all! Has anyone used 3mm PVC to print Bus Bench advertisements? We're doing about 175 of these for a marketing agency and they want a low cost option that will be up for about a year. We plan to print them on our flatbed printer and apply laminate for UV protection. Our PVC supplier says it will be no problem, but I want to make sure the PVC won't warp in the sun/heat. Any advice you have is greatly appreciated!

PVC outdoors will always warp, especially 3mm thick, The PVC we use in this industry is "foamed PVC" which means it's whipped up plastic with tons of air voids through it, the air in those voids shrinks/expands and a massive rate causing warping.

I'm not sure about you, but where we are a sheet of 3mm PVC costs almost as much as a really cheap sheet of ACM

Thanks for you reply! ACM is probably a better choice, thanks for the advice.
