Question about Union and union tradmarks

One of our customers does nothing but sell decals (that we print and design for him) and one them he displays a union Bug and advertises that they are all "union made in the USA"... we are not affiliated with his company at all, and we are not union. Can HE, or more pertinently, WE get into trouble for this blatant lie? Technically he's not making them. He does pay union dues to sell them. Input?

If you are not Union, and you make them, they are not "Union Made"...Period. That is the whole point of the Union bug being displayed on the decals. You cannot legally use the union bug if you are not a union shop. I would not want to be in your shoes, nor his, if and when it is discovered what is taking place.
