Hello! I work at a sign shop and we use a Zund G3 router, we are in a weird situation where nobody on the production team is officially trained and were kind of in a if it works it works mentality rut when routing on it and would like to see if anyone else has any tips/suggestions on how they use it, what bits they use, etc. We usually route on 3/6M ACM Polymetal usually with self-adhesive vinyl laid on it, when we do a mount and route we use the 208 bit to route in it and we constantly have to clean up the boards afterwards and can not seem to get a clean cut, the bits constantly chew up the material and after cleaning it up with a knife it looks better but we are trying to avoid that overall. Any tips or input on how you guys handle it would help a lot.
