Would you cut the flames decal in one piece or 2 half pieces or 3 pieces?
The idea is to use Convex Chrome Material, 8 mil convex laminate it so its thick and durable.

I can't answer your question but I will say that you should double check that the Convex Chrome is thermal receptive. As far as I know, the only mirror chrome that is Edge printable is VinylEFX Outdoor Durable Silver.

Right, I checked and its good to go.
Conformable, 4-mil, Convex film with an ultra-shiny mirror finish. Use with GerberColor Transparent foils and refills. Thermal printable.
