R2000 Lines printing outside main job.

Anyone know why my R200 is doing this? Just recently aligned and verified. Encoder strip problem maybe?

Printhead is faulty.

 

[ToTo]

Check and clean contact of interconnect pca.
Replace the printhead.
Swap interconnect pca with a different color and verify if problem is moving with the pca.
