While traveling over the holidays I noticed multiple car dealerships are moving away from the traditional pole banner signs to this 4 sided metal frame with a rigid insert.

What is the name of this type of pole sign / frame? google didn't like my wording
Which supplier offers these?
Either the full kit or the just the frame with hardware?
