Reflective on Gemini aluminum letters

My customer has condo units where they want the 3d letters to be reflective. Should I just use white reflective on top?? Will that be durable? Gemini doesn't offer reflective paint and neither do our local powdercoaters. What's best more durable way to do this? Feeling stuck on this!

we do this all the time. paint the letters white & apply reflective on the surface.

Yep, buy them paint white or light grey and apply white reflective.

I would confirm they are not mixing up the 911 address letter requirements for the building, with the unit number decorative signs. Have you checked with Mathews, PPG or Akzo Nobel for reflective flake paints?
