Refreshing/Loading Fonts

Is there a way in Flexi (or other programs) to load a font that was just
installed without having to close the program and re-open? It can be a real
pain sometimes.

Sure ... just go by your nearest Staples store and buy one of them Easy Buttons.

Actually, I think you'll find that a lot of applications will display newly installed fonts without a relaunch of the application. Where the problem lies is when you have an open job. Try just closing the job and reopening it and see if the font isn't then available.

Ahh, I think that I have always tried it with the document open! Never thought of that.
