Repairing roller

Is there a good way to repair the ruler on my laminater? People have been cutting on it. It doesn't lay down clear prints like it once did. The model is too old to get replacement parts. Maybe a yoga matt double sided taped but without the seam?

the only thing you can do is get some high-temperature silicon from an auto parts store and, of all things, a razor blade and fill the cracks. You will not succeed and trying to make a roller on your own. You can take the roller off your machine and send it to a company to have it recoated, but that usually takes around 6 weeks. I've got a customer in Chicago looking to sell off a beautiful Seal 600 D with zero cuts in the rollers for a few thousand bucks. In waste alone you'll likely save money by spending money.

Perhaps in the future.. Don't allow people to damage your machines.

They don't need to have sharp knives anywhere near rollers.. If they mess up and get laminate wrapped around the rollers, then perhaps they shouldn't be using them.

Remember.. Your machines pay their salaries.. And yours. They mess up and it affects everyone.

try to find a printing press roller recoverer around you. They take roller and recover your core with new rubber.
