replacing dampers - oce CS6060

Hey all you printer gurus - the service manual for my OCE CS6060 (colorpainter 64S) doesn't show how to replace the dampers - do I take the head PCB off?

Take sides off, take back/top off, and you can slide the carriage to the middle and get to them pretty easily without messing with the pcb
