Resurrecting an old mutoh

I purchased some items and the seller gave me for free his mutoh that was running when he closed his shop but he closed his shop 3 yrs ago.

I will be attempting to get it hooked up and run soon. Not familiar with this machine what steps do I need to take?

Any help would be VERY appreciative.
