Retractable Banners Leaning Forward

Hi All, I do a lot of retractable/pull-up banners and at times have trouble with them leaning forward when put up. I usually buy economy units which are great value and otherwise very reliable but I'm wondering if they're the problem or the way I'm setting them up. Any help appreciated.

We stopped buying the cheap units because of this and a few other issues.
If the client wants the cheapies they have to go elswhere because I'm not going to keep fixing them.
Its another product that has been ruined by the race to the bottom,

On the cheap models you have to make sure the pole goes through the second hole at the bottom of the unit..If it is already then your SOL. I never use those cheap stands. I prefer the ones with no swingout legs

I've run into this problem with hardware that has the plastic inserts where the pole is inserted.
In my case, it turned out that there was a bad batch of plastic inserts that allowed too much play when the pole was inserted.
Other than that, I would tend to think that if the cartridge was over-wound, or the support foot was too loose/bent, it could also cause the same leaning forward symptoms.
