RJ900,E072err Ycurrent & E068err Yencoder

Hi all~

my printer model is mutoh RJ900,

when the printer is starting , the printhead will keep bumping. then the screen will appear E072err Ycurrent or E068err Yencoder

anyone can help on this?

I would guess a dirty or damaged encoder.
