RJ900C RIO Sublimation

If you can answer my question I would be very grateful, I am trying to stay in business.

My printer is less than 4 years old.
I print sublimation ink.
Works great until now.
Contacted GraphicsOne when my prints became very light with weave pattern.
They recommended : New Dampers, Head Recovery. I did...now printer will not perform a
Ink Refill, lines are empty.
They recommended new maint. capping station.
I replaced the station.
Still same problem...Ink will not refill.
They now have no answers.
If you can, please help. I will be so grateful to you.
Thank you so much.

Is there ink in the lines?
Ink in the dampers?
Can you pull a vacuum with a syringe at the bottom of the cap?

Is the head seated properly against the cap?
Does the pump run?

Ink lines have some ink, mostly air.
Dampers empty.
I did pull ink into lines and dampers with syringe couple days ago.
Lines do not seem to be clogged.
Pull ink from Cap ????
Cap seated properly ????
Pump does run, I see it running..also hear it.
Maint. station was replaced ...has new pump.
Again, seated properly on head ???
How can you tell ??

Where did you connect, before dampers, after dampers, after cap, after pump?

There are two lines on the bottom of the capping station that go into the pump. If you syringe from here and get a good vacuum, then probably your seal is good.

If you have air in the ink lines after being filled, then sounds like you have an air leak between the cartidges and the dampers.

Late Update:
Turns out my dealer sent wrong dampers, they would not seal on Head.
Sucking air, not ink.
After correct damper install, found out Head was blown out.
Repairman never seen anything like it, cause unknown.
If anyone in NE Ohio looking for skilled and affordable repair tech, let me know.
Thanks to radya and all for help !
