Rockhopper 38 - Dbl printing Blk

I recently replaced the black and the color dampers. Since then the black has a "double print" effect(1 mm).

The strange part is that the registration marks and job info print perfect. It's just in the graphics where the black prints twice.

The color head prints great.

I would greatly appreciate some help, Thanks, AJ

Sounds to me like the heads are maybe out of alignment.

I have washed all lines after the damper change and performed numerous cleanings, but I just did a power head clean on black and now all the black is printing lightly with sort of a fuzzy trailing edge. First crop marks printed very light trailing crop marks did not print.
Prior to changing the dampers I was having some erratic printing with the black head. Do I need to replace it? And if so, should I do the color head at the dame time?
I have attached pics if before and after the last cleaning cycle.

I am guessing that your head is in a bit crooked.

What does your nozzle check look like.
