My heads are blocked from lack of use.How do I soak the heads. That is lowering the heads manually onto the capping station? etc. Cheers

Power the unit off... and unplug.

then lower the captops manually. Move the heads to the right slightly to unlock the carriage and then move them to the left over the platen.

Clamp off the lines going to your pumps.

Fill the caps with cleaning fluid and move the printhead carriage back into place, making sure it is locked.

Then raise the caps manually to snug them against the bottom of the printheads.... do not raise them high enough to completely flatten the black rubber edge of the captops. Just make sure the caps are fully sealed against the heads.

Let it soak for a day or two. Power it back on and see if you have any good results.

Otherwise, you may need to manually pull with syringe to unclog them... be careful.
