Need Help Roland BN-20 Tech needed

I have changed the cap station on my BN-20 and now the head will not slide over it manually. Roland says I need a tech to come out and change the cap, I already changed it so I don't need a new one. I need someone that knows about the Roland BN-20. I am located in Littlestown, Pa. which is 8 miles south of Gettysburg going toward the Maryland line. So a tech that is in that location would be great. Thanks
