My VersaWorks version is 6.19.2 and my Firmware Version is 3.10.
I can still control the Roland BN20A from my computer through the BN20 Utility and make it clean itself, etc. I can also see my ink levels on Versaworks. Those show me that the computer and the BN20A are at least seeing each other.
For whatever reason, VW still says “not connected” despite showing me the BN20 ink levels.
It has been working flawlessly for nearly the last two years. I am unsure what caused them to stop working.
What would be next steps that you would recommend?
I'm currently e-mailing Roland support because it's not in warranty anymore but they're very slow and I'm trying to meet a deadline with the printer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
