Roland Camm1-GR2-640 w/Caldera- Strange Cutting Issue

Hi Everyone!

First post in a while, but id figure id check in and see if anyone here has any insight into our issue. We've brought in a Roland Camm1-GR2-640 to use with one of our Mimaki UV printers for decals. We've got it set up to run thru Caldera's Visual Cut module as instructed. What we're seeing when we load up the cutter to cut is that the cutter will receive the file, read the crop/cut marks and then proceed to shift all the way to the user side of the cutter and cut flush up against that edge on the material. Its strange because it reads the material where it is in place and then cuts in a completely different spot.Has anyone experienced this before? We don't have as much experience with these plotters as we would use our zund or kongsberg in the past for these types of jobs, but we were hoping adding a plotter would allow us more of an ability to more accurately and cleanly cut out smaller sized decals. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Already doing so with caldera...just waiting on their reply at this point. Thanks for the info. Was contemplating that could be part of the issue as well. Thank you!
