Roland CJ-540 missing media rollers

I purchased a Roland CJ-540 used about a year ago, and unfortunately it did not have the media rollers that hold/feed the media.

I got a quote from a local supplier of $199 each roller plus shipping (I need 2). This supplier is notorious for overpricing (they just gave me a price of $835 for a 25 yard roll of Oracal970RA - hahaha).

Does anyone know where I might get these aftermarket, or at least get some ideas on price? I don't necessarily mind paying that, but with how they have tried to gouge me in the past, I'm not trusting of their prices.

If anyone has a dead machine they are "parting out" that would be great.

Last idea is to fabricate them, and if anyone has ever done this before any ideas/help would be appreciated.

That was more the price I was thinking would be legit, after all, aren't they basically gravity rollers?
